About Me

Hello! My name is LaTonya, but I much more prefer to be called Tonya. I am a 30-something year old wife and mother. During the day, I am a nurse that serves our nations heroes; the Veterans. At night, I turn into a sewing machine, sometimes sewing way past my bedtime. When I am not sewing or hanging with my teenage daughters, I'm sitting at home watching a marathon Netflix show while eating too much candy!

I wanted to do this blog to not only document my sewing makes, but to show the world that even petite girls have issues with our clothing. But it can be fixed! So...to all the petite girls out there, I feel ya boo!

    Hi Tonya, I just discovered your blog! I also found that you are a Fabric Mart sewing challenge participant. I love your red trench coat. You are so talented. It is hard for me to believe that your oldest is 15 years old. I mean this as a compliment!
